Every Mharé journal is carefully checked, wrapped, and packed by hand in Brampton, Ontario. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Delivery Times
After your order leaves our studio, delivery is handled by our shipping partner . Delivery time depends on your location, and most orders within Canada arrive in 2-3 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be longer during holidays, severe weather, or other carrier delays outside our control.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your order arrives damaged, email us at mhare.canada@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of any damage. We respond within 24 hours and will work with you and the carrier to make it right.
Gift Orders
Sending a journal as a gift? Add the recipient's address at checkout and leave a note in the order comments. We're happy to include a handwritten gift message.
